We know that HYROX training tends to expose shorts pretty quickly. Not in one moment, just over time.

Zips start to feel sketchy, pockets bounce more than they should, and what felt fine early on starts getting annoying once fatigue sets in. Our V2 short is basically built around removing that stuff. It’s a lightweight training and race short made for repeated high output work. Runs, sleds, lunges, all of that shit.

The goal is just to keep it out of your way when things get messy. We settled on a durable polyester elastane blend with 4 way stretch, so it moves with you instead of fighting you. Even when the session gets long.

Storage is kept simple but functional. Side pockets sit flat and don’t flap around. Internal zip pockets keep gels and small items secure. The back pocket is heat sealed and sized for a phone or fuel, without adding bulk. Seams are reinforced in the areas that usually start to fail first. Waistband is solid and stays put when everything else is bouncing around. The fit was tweaked slightly from the previous version. Lower rise so you get more freedom through movement, and a bit more space in the leg for running.

We have altered the fit of our new tech short from our previous tech short by reducing the rise (waistband to crotch), allowing more movement on exercises and increased the hem (quad) to allow more movement when running. This Short was put through over 2 years of testing by our record setting athletes to give you the best all round short in fitness racing. 

It’s been tested over a long period by our Race Team - ELITE15 athletes in real training blocks, not just short controlled sessions. Nothing dramatic about it. It just avoids the usual problems that show up when training gets hard.
