We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If there is a problem with the delivered package, the final customer has 48 hours to report possible incidents to the carrier. The first thing you should do is check that the number of received packages matches those sent. Second, inspect each package externally with great care in order to see if there are any signs of it having been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may lead to suspect that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier's delivery note, either on paper or digital support (PDA), "PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED" if these signs are present. Not signing a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then presenting images that show visible damage to it will mean the incident will automatically be rejected.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products (including made-to-order print-on-demand items), personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.

 

Re-stocking fees
A 50% restocking fee applies to returned items.


EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. This window is extended over weekends and public holidays.

To exercise this right, notify us before the withdrawal period expires by contacting us at contact@english.army or by completing and submitting the model cancellation form below.

You may cancel your order at no charge up until the point it is fulfilled and dispatched.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalised items made to your specification, including print-on-demand products.


Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@english.army.
